 The Rose Cottage is a charming, 2-story Victorian Row House built in 1896 and lovingly restored into an un-hosted bed and breakfast, within easy walking distance of "Bath House Row", restaurants, art galleries, trolley cars and the Hot Springs Convention Center and Summit Arena and next door to Andrea Rose Salon and Rejuvenation Center. On the first floor you will find a comfortable sitting room, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and bath with shower. Upstairs are 2 lovely bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds that can be converted into a king bed, a beautiful bathroom complete with a 2-person whirlpool tub, and a sitting room with a double-bed size futon sofa, cable TV, telephone, and wet bar. A continental breakfast is provided each day in the refrigerator or a specially prepared, gourmet breakfast can be provided for a small extra fee.
The Rose Cottage can accommodate up to 6 people; children and pets are welcome.
