 The Rose Cottage has a limited amount of space, and it is highly recommend to make your reservation as early as possible.

Check out time for The Rose Cottage is 10:00 a.m. Check in is between 12pm and 5:00pm, unless other arrangements are made, and any additional charges have been disused. Arriving late or leaving late will be charged as an additional day. |

We ask that you arrive 20-30 minutes early to give you time to change, get familiar with the spa, and begin to relax. |
|
As a courtesy to our other guest, all appointments will begin on time and end on time. please be aware that being late may shorten your treatment time. |

So that we can all enjoy the solitude and the relaxation that we offer, all cell phones and pagers are turned off once you reach the treatment areas and the gardens. |

Be aware that alcohol is contra-indicated for hydrotherapy (water) treatments. Consumption of alcohol prior to, during, and after your treatment is discouraged. |
|
For body treatments, pedicures and massages, it is discouraged to shave immediately prior and to avoid the sun immediately after all skin care therapies. |
|
Your comfort and modesty are of the utmost importance to you and will be respected always by professional draping. You may wear your under clothing or a bathing suit. |

If you prefer a male or a female therapist, let us know at the time your reservation is made. |
|
If you cannot keep your reservation with us, a 24 hour notice in advance for a single experience or a 48 hour notice for a package experience is asked for. This is to avoid being charged for your scheduled appointment(s). |

We will be happy to provide massages and pedicures in-room for you for an additional $15.00 service fee. Please expect your therapist to arrive ten minutes early. |
